Launch ProE linked to a worksapce

I seem to missing something.

I have a locked license of Wildfire so when I'm not on the network I
would like to access the files in my workspace without loging in, I
thought I could use the following but it does not seem to work

C:\>d:\ptc\wildfire\bin\proe1.bat -wworkspacename

Thanks in advance,
Angie

The only way I know how is to backup your workspace into an external folder before you quit out of intra-link.

There are portable workspaces but they are for taking between intra-link servers.

You can also just set your working directory to proi\workspace\.proi but if you have changed part names in intra-link then they won't be the same and you can also corrupt your workspace by doing anything in the .proi folders I think.

You also can just launch Intralink Client and not log in. Then, launch Pro/E to a workspace. Then, Pro/E will communicate with the Intralink database and you will not have to import files and loose the history. Pro/E might ask you to login but you can just cancel it.
