Memory sketch to solid

Memory sketch to solid

I exported out a 2d sketch, from a pro eng part. Now I want to extrude it into a 3d shape. The program is telling me that it is in memory. I do not seem to be able to work with it. However I can see it and select it. But I do not know how to put it in true sketch mode or even extrude the existing 2d sketch...Any ideas. Thanks

Wes, I'm not sure I understand what you have done from your question. When you say you "exported" a 2D sketch, do you mean that you Saved it while in Sketcher? If so, it's now a xxxx.sec file which you can retrieve later in Sketcher by selecting Sketch\Data from File... David
