more pdf creation questions: saving defaults & adding keywords

I'm still working on the pdf creation using the Save As PDF command/button,
and I have a few more questions



1) are there config.pro options to save default values in the dialog box
(ie, set it to grayscale, change dpi, etc)



2) In the dialog box there is a Description tab. When I fill values in on
this tab, and then open the pdf in Acrobat, and choose File > Document
Properties, those keywords are there. However, when I choose the file in
Windows Explorer, and RMB > Properties, the summary tab has the same
attribute fields shown, but no values filled in. Also, if I do a windows
search, it does not find the files with the keywords I've entered. Is
there a way for those Acrobat Document Properties to associate to the
Windows properties, so that they're searchable?



2a) is it possible for me to fill in default values from Intralink
parameters into those keywords? Ie, the Author field would get the pro/e
parameter &drawn_by automatically filled in?
