Who to configure change managment in Integrity 10.7 ?

If any one has any documents could you please provide document for the same. (Kind of version controller)

Hello Shree, I would suggest taking a look at the overview of the Configuration Management functionality within the Integrity Lifecycle Manager help center. Specifically a couple sections for:
1) Workflow and SCM Projects

2) User help: Grouping Files Under Version Control

 

There is also a PTC University course for this functionality:
