Error message for free trial of Modeler 9.1

When I try to login, I get an error regarding SQL server during my install.  I'm doing a standalone install and meet all of the computer hardware/software requirements per the installation guide.  HELP?

Hello,

 

Did you follow the attached installation instructions?

Seems the installer can't connect to SQL Server for some reason.

Please get in touch with me directly using pollerton@ptc.com and I will get some assistance.
