I am using the integrity manager 10.0 and wanted to export the list of user from IM. Your help greatly appreciated.

Going from memory here. If you actually want a list of users in IM, then you probably want im users. If you want all users, you probably want aa users.

I tried the same command, it ran successfully, but command line window closed immediately. I wanted to extract it in excel. Is that possible.

Try im users > %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\users.csv, then you should be able to open the file with MS Excel (depending on the file associations). Unless you customize the field output with the --fields= argument, there will only be one column of output.
