Is there any possibility to get only Integrity Lifecycle Manager Source Concurrent license

Hi All,

My client expected to manage the source code in PTC without using integrity manager & creating any workflows.

is there any possibility to get only Integrity Lifecycle Manager Source Concurrent license for managing source code without Integrity Lifecycle Manager Workflow Concurrent license. or kindly advice on the solution.
