PTC integrity plugin missing in Jenkins 2.46.x(2)

I was wondering that PTC integrity plugin is missing in Jenkins 2.46.2 plugins listing. Is it planned to reactivate/update the plugin to the latest version?

Or is there any special action required for installing the plugin?
