Dear community,
I just finished watching the Web UI Improvement Program Update #3 from Hedley Apperly and I must say that the look of the document view really looks like a nice improvement to the UI. I hope the changes in the UI will soon be made throughout the entire web interface!
What remains unclear to me is what the level of support for custom actions will be in the new UI. Is it still possible to run .jar files / executables by the user? Can users define their own custom actions or are they dependent on their admin or Integrity consultant? Is it the goal of PTC to completely get rid of the fat client in the future?
