If there are 2 PLE licenses available how can it be controlled which users can access those licenses as the default is to take the license so the first 2 users take the licenses unless they specify not to take the license? This prevents the specialist variability Modeling users access the editor licenses. The method in this video uses the Flexlm options file to control who can use these features:   There are many other licensing features that the options files can control.
