Convert ESIResponse xml file into XSLT file

Hello,

 

I have a requirement where the ESIResponse.xml file needs to be converted into an xslt file and then the xslt file must be sent to the downstream system. Please suggest any solution or procedure to achieve this requirement. I am working with ESI for the first time, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
