Generating a Creo View MCAD Compare from Windchill via a workflow and attach to Cad document

Has anyone done or heard of a way where WindChill can generate a Creo view mcad compare annotation automatically and attach it to a cad document or WTPart? We are trying to streamline our processes for change documentation.
