How to make immutable check box in select participant step of promotion request as changeable so that by default participants are selected but check boxes should be changeable.

Hello All,

Can somebody guide me, how i can make immutable check boxes in select participant step of promotion request as changeable. so that when user creates promotion request, roles should be selected automatically but he should be able to uncheck users/group which are not required.
