Managing Attributes locking a WTPart Attribute

Hello, I must to lock a Attribute after the first release process is done, and the first Version is in Status released. So that for all following Versions (Revise) this specific Attribute can´t be add, even the status is "In work". 

AA  status "In Work" >> All Attributes can be changed as normal.

AA  status "accepted" >> Sure, all Attributes are blocked

AB  status "In Work" >> All Attributes can be changed as normal.

AB "Released" >> Sure, all Attributes are blocked

AD "In Work" >> specific Attribute is blocked, all other Attributes can be changed.

XX >>  the specific Attribute must be blocked for all following Versions, after the first Version is set to "Status" Released.
