Hi @SS_10607365

Thank you for your question!

I’d like to recommend to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. For example:

  • Do you know the exact location of the configuration file for the Userpicker data utility?
  • Are there other attributes you need to hide or modify, or is it just the RoleName attribute?
  • Do you have the necessary permissions to edit the configuration files in your Windchill installation?

Please add screenshot(s) to better understand what you are trying to do in your process.

Please refer to this guideline to make your questions more likely to receive a quick and useful answer.

This will increase your chances to receive meaningful help from other Community members.

What is a good question?

Hi @SS_10607365

I guess that it is not possible to do so without customization. That means you have to change the ootb jsp file.

You do not want to touch the ootb jsp so you are in a trap 😄

@SS_10607365 , how about using a DataUtility to remove elements in the Role name drop-down menu?

Would that be an acceptable solutions?

I'm not familiar with this search. Where does this appear?
