Standard Interface between Azure DevOps and Windchill

Hello,

In Azure DevOps we develope our Firmware software. Our intention is to manage the released builds in Windchill (WTPart). For that we are looking for a standard interface. Does PTC offers such a standard interface between Azure DevOps and Windchill? If not, alternatives?
