Suggest efficient way

Hi All,

I have requirement like we can set the state of WTPart using either set state or Promotion request.

But when the WTPart is connected with Particular document for ex. test.

When WTPart will be connect with Test document then only the state of the part we can set as released.

I can see have to change at two places one at set state action and one in promotion request.

please provide your view on this how we can implement in easy way.

Hello,

We can achieve this in two ways. 

1. Create a listener for SET STATE. If there are no documents attached to WTPART you can throw error.

2. Create a validator on WTPart if there are no documents attached the SETSTATE action should be disabled.

    Customize PR workflow and add validations. IF no document attached , take necessary action before releasing part.
