I encounter the following when trying to open a document in workflow for i10.5
Cannot show view information MKS 134744:
"Your query was stopped because it was using too many system resource. Call system administrator for assistance"

You can turn up DEBUG and SQL levels of logging on the Integrity server, which will help show more information in the server log files, about the query being run (and that is having issues).
I'd suggest opening a Support case with the Integrity support team, as they can help you troubleshoot this, and will likely have you check out the things, documented in this knowledge article:
