Importing document

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to create a copy of a Document with different type and different content type.

- importsegment is not a case, because we have mandatory fields and it produces an error.

- importconetent throws this : com.mks.api.response.ItemModificationException: MKS124711: The item 2xxxx to be imported already has a parent.

It there any other inbuild commands or options for this or it has to be done manually reading all of the information from existing content and creating new, based on this data?

Hi,

is this activity something you perform only once, or periodically?

When periodically, from which Type you want to generate which derived type?

When once, have you tried using the Gateway and the IIF file type?
