Sorry, but it's not easy to answer this question without the context of what you're doing. I could guess if it said "connection" but this one says "service" so I have no idea.
Searching the PTC Support knowledge base doesn't give me much without knowing more about what you're doing.
The best thing to do is call PTC Support, get them on a Webex and show them. If you can't do that, have your Integrity administrator do it with you.
