Two weeks into production on 9.1 M030 and we are noticing assignees for analyze change request task are being removed from list. The people removed were sent an email to complete task when ECR was created but were subsequently--and randomly--deleted from list. When these people open task an error is thrown stating the task for that person no longer exists. Any thoughts?
