I had installed windchill (9.0 M080) in a cluster environment with the load balancer. Applets like workflow process manager, file server administrator, external file vault, calendar window etc..do not open. Opened a call with PTC and they said we need to install the boot strap and use RMI tunneling. We did that and the applets work fine.
Iwant to know, how this has been handled by other customers, what ports needs to be opened on the load balancer (currently we have all TCP ports opened) and also does RMI tunneling has an overhead on performance. Advice on the same is greatly appreciated.
