Auto Associate from server side workspace creates no structure

If I auto associate on check in I get structure. If I just add the assembly to my server side workspace and select all the members of the assembly and pick auto associate, I do not get structure.

How do you automatically generate structure for all those wtparts based on the Creo Assembly structure?
