Automatically set permissions to a folder

Hi!

I would like to know if someone has succeeded giving permissions to folders by code and how to do it. I have tried using the method AccessControlHelper.manager.AddPermissions / SetPermissions but I don't know what should I put in the arguments.

I would need to set,for instance, READ permission to one folder and for one concrete user.
