I have a test server that all of the sudden isn't processing anything. A user is trying to edit attributes on a part and the "processing" window just sits there with a continuous progress bar. So, I cleared all the logs and cache for WC and Tomcat and restarted the processes. I had the user retry the operation and again it's just sitting there. I have 2 FGMS and 1 BGMS started and I see NOTHING in any MS logs except the normal startup logging. However, I noticed at the end of the BGMS log the following lines:

What would cause the WTAdapter to be disabled? WC 9.1 M010 on Windows Server 2008.
