Bom transformer visualization not working with space mouse

I am using Windchill MPMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.9

i have a user who uses spacemouse for his work but for some reason he is not able to rotate and zoom and basically use the space mouse for the visualization in Bom Transformer.
when he uses space mouse in Creo view it works like it should.

Hello,

Make sure your mouse has the latest Drvier this helped a lot for other PTC customers especially on Creo and Creo View .

Keep in mind that 3DConnexion devices are supported with PTC Creo View Client only and may not work with embedded viewer use cases like Structure > Visualization tab or 3D Thumbnail viewer
