Having an issue related to Batch Printing, it crashes with PDFs in Windchill 9.0 M060 when attempting to Batch Print when Batch Printing Multiple Files... when at least one of the files is a PDF.
Test One (In Windchill):
PASS- We can Batch Print 1, 2, 3 or more cgm, drawings, etc... Files
Test Two (In Windchill):
Pass- We can Batch Print 1 PDF
Test Three (In Windchill):
Fail- We can not Batch Print 2,3 or more PDFs Files. It crashes pv standard on admin's computer.
Test Four(In Windchill):
Fail- We can not batch print 1 cgm file, followed by 1 pdf. It will print the cgm and then crash the Admin's computer when attempting
Attempted a Workaround of using PV Standard and openingMultiple PDFs in a PV Standard:
Test A- Open Single PDF in PV Standard, Open Prints.
Test B- Use PV Standard Add in Tools/Batch Print; Select Multiple PDFs... Prints All PDFs but Truncates the PDFs... IE it does not register Papersize of the PDFs... but prints what ever fots on an A size piece of paper instead of shrinking to fit.
Question: Has anyone run into this issue? Anyone got a resolution or gotten a resolution from PTC?
