Background:
Windchill 10.1
CREO2 m030
Firefox 10.1.12 ESP
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
windows_browser_type mozilla_based_browser
ran and configured workstations to Client Inspector 2
All users run off the same switch
Some users have issues, some do not
The ones with issues get the following when they first log into Windchill through CREO2:
The server <wcserver> is currently not available. check your connection to the server or contact an administrator.
They look at server manager and it shows windchill connected.
The have intermittent problems during the day and tend to be slower than others
Have set KeepTimeoutAlive to 60 and Timeout to 900 in http.conf file in Apache/conf directory
Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone have a fix for it?
