Cannot remove objects from workspace - corrupt workspace

It appears that we have a corrupt workspace. We are unable to remove the objects from within the workspace and we are unable to delete the workspace itself.

Does anyone have any advice as to how we can remove the objects and workspace from Windchill (10.1)?

Try logging in as Administrator,delete the objects and workspace.
