Change Management Question: CA1 comments not visible

Running Windchill PDMlink 9.0 M050

Using OOTB change management workflows, comments that the change administrator 1 enters during the initial review or final review are not visible until the Change Request is resolved. When the change request is resolved, the comments are then visible.

Reviewers comments in the CR are visible as soon as they are entered. So far we've spent hours trouble shooting the issue with PTC tech support, but there is no solution so far. has anyone else ever come across this issue, any ideas ?

One lastitem,for one of ourAlt Admins, the comments work fine, but not forthe Change Admin 1.
