We have a Change Notice workflow where the Auditor (role) is supposed to choose participants from one department that is part of the ECB team. He's getting a (secured information) listing in the 'Set Up Participants' tab. He also cannot remove or add participants due to permissions. I'm unsure what permissions I've got set wrong for this role. Any help is appreciated.
The solution is to add a policy that gives the Auditor role read access to WTGroup.
