We just configured Cognos on our test 9.1 instance. One of the things I wanted to check out was the new Change Notice Summary Report.
I went to an ECN > Actions > View Summary Report
The Cognos Report Window pops us and it prompts me for 2 values
Is the changeNoticeId just the ECN number, in our case ECN#####
Is isDraft just a Yes/No value?
Or should I not be seeing this at all? I would figure that the changeNoticeId should be getting passed in to Cognos from the Actions Menu.
