Has anyone else seen the problem shown in attached? It's repeatable for this data set.

Is there a message in the Catalina.out file under Tomcat? Try watching
that and the MS log when the error occurs. It might related to a
specific JSP or class that you can enable debug logging on. Is it
possible that one of the 73 items is a poison pill?

Found the issue - related to one WTPart in the list in the wrong context - no Read access enabled there. System seems to be working correctly.
