Course to generate an FMEA on PTC Windchill

Version: Windchill 11.0

Use Case: I'm trying to create a Functional FMEA on PTC Windchill 11.0 and I found that the practitioner's guide, eSupport portal and other PTC documents don't provide a real step by step. When I follow what I have read so far on creating FMEAs, there has been always a blocking point and I cannot progress. I'm wondering if do you know a training course or a person who would be available to provide a course on how to create the FMEA from step 0.

Description:

I struggle to create the FMEA from 0 on PTC Windchill, particularly navigate between the FMEA Tree Items and the FMEA Worksheet.

But in general I look for a course.
