Database and file vaults in read only mode

HI folks it's me again.
Our installation of Intralink 3.2 has sat dormant for a while - still too
many people scarred to use it. But that's not why I'm writing, I am in
the process of firing Intralink back up in our office and will be upgrading
to 3.3 as soon as I'm done testing 3.2 out. I am the administrator and when
I try to check in the test objects I encounter a CONFLICT of "Database and
file vaults in read only mode"

I have gone to the Administrator section of Intralink and the Status of the
Vaults is Read/Write. The Storage Clusters are Read/Write as well.
I have gone to the Windows 2000 server and checked the attributes of the
folders. Everything appears to be set correctly.

Does anyone have a suggestion of how to get my Intralink back up and
running?

Thanks for your help
And Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a similar problem. The dump-file you try to use to reconstruct your database may be made in read/only-mode. We were lukky, because we had our 3.2-installation still available to redo the dump-file.

Regards, Hugo.
