Hello everyone,
Currently we are experiencing al lot of troubles with the Windchill Desktop Integration at a customer site.
PTC has supported us during the past to solve a lot of problems which could easily be reproduced.
But at the moment we are still encountering a broad span of problems which are unfortunately happen at some time in most cases.
The problems we have are most instability issues with Word, Excel and Outlook.
The customer uses the Desktop Integration intensely and in many cases with big / complex documents with linked attributes.
Has anyone encountered similar difficulties and maybe even found a solution?
