Has anyone ever attempted creating hyperlinks on an object information page for email to instant messaging? What I would like to do is have links to potentially send email or instant messages to any of the user names on the object information page. So a user could quickly send an email to the last person who modified a particular document, or they could send an instant message to the creator of a CAD document.
(Even better, extract the 'checked out by' information so they could IM that user. Kind of like ProductPoint)
