After adding a new global attribute having floating point value onto Manufacturing Operation Usage Link and setting its default value like 100.0, this default value is not shown up on uses tab of process plan object when creating new operation objects or adding existing operation objects.
It reduces user's UI experience and it would create values missed on that attribute.
I'd like to see the same behavior what I see on part usage link. Displaying default value of global attribute defined in part usage link is showing the default value in usage tab when a new or existing part is added to the parent part.
