Hello everyone.
We are using PDMLink 9.0 M050 and in WTdocument/EPMDocument in related objects we have Action Item.
We can create action item and assigne a user. The user is at the moment only inform about the assignment when looking at his PDMLink home page Assignment. When Using ProjectLink, an email is automatically sent to the assignee.
I am wondering why this is not the case when the action item is created from PDMLink. It could be as it is not considered as a workflow task unlike in ProjectLink. Nevertheless, if there an easy setting or it requires the creation of a full workflow and all the heavy stuff that goes with it ?
