Error During PDMLink 9.1 M010 Installation

During the data load part of the installation process, I keep getting the following error:

wt.pom.UniquenessException: Cannot create "Administrative Domain - Unaffiliated"
because its identity is not unique.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance !

The "Administrative Domain - Unaffiliated" section of the load is due to ACL
management, which is a tricky thing to try and load with a loader.

Two questions:

1. How in depth are your ACL custom rules
2. What method are you using to load? wt.loadfromfile?
