Reboot your Windchill Server and client and try again.
If you have access to MethodServer, please check the log and can send same info in here?
I guess that these files have not been uploaded from the local cache. If you get this in Creo, then the local cache could be corrupted.
If not ensure the files are uploaded and available on the server-side workspace.
If already in Creo embedded browser, performing Tools > Synchronize several times can solve this.
