Error: "number) may not have its identity changed. The identity of this item may only be changed if it is not checked out and you have Modify permission for all versions.
This started after installing service pacl CPS11.
The serice pack now requires "modify" at all states for Documents and EPMdocument types (CAD and Arbortext) that are moved. It seems that Parts are not affected.
