Following on from my previous post ... I have noticed that when I'm purging a product using the following criteria: object = WTPart version at maturity = Released iterations = xxx (number of iterations I'd like kept) If the product has more than one version in a 'Released' state, then the purge job wizard throws 'internal error' messages at the last step (where you can preview the affected rows). e.g. Product 2345 v1 = Released v2 = Released v3 = In Work If I temporarily change v2 state to 'Under Review' so only v1 is targeted, then the purge runs ok. Does anyone know how I can target multiple versions of the same product simultaenuously? This will greatly speed up my task of purging a huge amount of products. thanks in advance, Shak
