I am reposting this to correct some confusing comments in my earlier post...
We are looking for an automated method to export all objects (EPM and Documents)
related to a Promotion Notice Requestto a network directory. I envision this working as follows:
1) User selects objects for promotion
2) When prompted to select the promotion process an additional workflow is shown
thatsupports the objects being approved as normalplus the additional support
to copy the objects to a network drive location
3) Once the workflow is selected the objects (EPM and Documents) are automatically
copied to a network folder usingafolder name based on the promotion notice name
and date code.
Any pointers on how this may be accomplished would be great. Also ifyou know
of a commercial product that supports this that would be alsoappreciated.
