Extend DefaultDownstreamLocationDelegate for custom location (Windchill 12.0)

Hello,

 

I want to extend DefaultDownstreamLocationDelegate to define my own destination path for the downstream objects, upon overriding the method getSTAInitialLocationValueBean(), I see STAHelper cannot be resolved since the class is not public. Can someone let me know what is the correct way to approach this?
