Extend team management to collaboration manager in PDM

Does anyone know if it is possible to extend team management to the collaboration manager role in PDM? Please don't respond describing the responsibilities and purpose of the collaboration manager role, I think I get that, but I would like to extend team management capabilities to the collaboration manager role so platform leaders could manage their own personnel and not invole administration, and let administration play the role of Library/Product manager so company processes & procedures are not jeopardized.

Have you considered added your platform leaders to both roles? This would then allow them to have the access controls of both roles rather than just one. Is this not a possibility for you?
