We have half a dozen or so machines which are currently on an older version of Windows 10 and have PTC Windchill installed on them. When we try to update them to a newer version (21H1, 21H2 etc), windows updates gives me an error code 0x80070714. After doing some research the error code points to PTC interfering with Windows updates ((Solved) Windows10 Update Fails with 0x80070714 - PTC - Microsoft Community). Ideally, I don’t want to go around the machines and uninstall and then reinstall PTC Windchill.
Do you know if there has been a fix/workaround for this problem?
