How to Create Assembly Lines in plant in Process Plan Work Center localization?

Hi,

I need assistance on how to create Assembly Lines in Plant. I think I need this so that I can do Work Center Localisation on Process Plan Browser. I've found this information but it is not clear how I can Create an Assembly Line?
