As part of Isodraw integrated to Windchill through the WGM - Workgroup Management I am in a hurry to figure out how to create Parameters inside Isodraw and map them into Winchill PDMLink Attributes.
I have created a Windchill Soft Type to hold Isodraw authored idr files.
The Soft Type attributes is processed into a Task to compose the object name. Such Task is activated by the Expression in Workflow as part of the Lifecycle called by the Soft Type Object Initialization Rule.
I am supposed to Save idr file from Isodraw, then edit such Attributes into Local Workspace in WGM and Upload to Server Workspace. As the Upload action runs the OIR (Lifecycle, Workflow, Expression, Task) I expected the object name be created.
However it is not running. I edit the attributes before Upload but the name is not created.
Are there other way to do that?
How about creating parameters in Isodraw and map to Windchill attributes?
