How to get global enumeration?

How can i get global enumeration by java code?

I need all enum entries with internal and display names.

Did you ever have any luck with this Vasiliy Repecki‌? I think I'm trying to do the same thing... Pull out any global enumerations on the backend, either with java or via SQL.
